Board competence profile
The Board of Directors has developed a competence profile specifying the skills that the Board of Directors collectively should possess to best perform its tasks.
The Board of Directors' proposals for the nomination of members of the Board of Directors to be submitted to the general meeting will be made in light of the competence profile as well as the conclusions based on the Board's annual self-evaluation procedure.
The Board of Directors reviews the competence profile at least annually and revises the competences described in the competence profile in consideration of the challenges and opportunities being faced by and foreseen for the company at that time.
