|Speak up! – H+H whistleblower system H+H will not tolerate any breach of our code of conduct. It is therefore very important to H+H that you speak up immediately if you become aware of or suspect any violations of our code of conduct, so we can take action in good time. This includes, for example, breaches of health and safety procedures, bribery, corruption, fraud, or anti-competitive arrangements. H+H want to promote an open dialogue, and we therefore encourage you to report your concerns to the relevant H+H manager, Group Legal or your point of contact in H+H. However, if you prefer to report in confidence, you can also report your concerns - anonymously or non-anonymously – through our online whistleblower system.|

Please be aware that H+H is transitioning from one external whistleblower system provider (i.e. EthicsPoint) to another, so for the time being there is no external H+H whistleblower system in place. If you have something you would like to report as a whistleblower, please in the meantime send an email to the following email address: whistleblower@HplusH.com
Emails sent to this email address will be received only by the chairman of the Audit Committee of H+H International A/S and Legal at H+H International A/S acting as secretariat for the audit committee chairman in whistleblower cases. Please be aware that this interim whistleblower set-up does not in all respects match the whistleblower system description set out in the H+H whistleblower policy.
