The H+H Group


The core activity of the H+H Group is the manufacture and sale of Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC or aircrete).

 

The H+H Group consists of H+H International A/S as the parent company and subsidiaries in Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Netherlands, Poland, Russia, Slovakia, Sweden and UK. H+H has combined production and sales subsidiaries in Czech Republic, Finland, Germany, Poland, Russia and UK, whereas the subsidiaries in the other countries function solely as sales subsidiaries.

 

H+H International A/S is the strategic fulcrum of the H+H Group. Its business philosophy is: 

  • decentralised management in the regional operating companies;  
  • best in class productivity and product development;
  • constant concept development with focus on the products' positive properties;
  • maximum utilisation of organic growth;

 

The overall strategic framework is laid down by H+H International A/S, whereas the day-to-day activities within the core business area are exercised through the subsidiaries, partly because the individual geographical markets vary greatly and are highly tradition-bound. H+H markets its products under the H+H brand.

  • H+H Belgien SPRL with head office and sales in Brussels, Belgium;
  • H+H Danmark A/S with head office and sales in Aarhus, Denmark;
  • H+H Deutschland GmbH with head office in Wittenborn and a total of three production facilities as well as sales in Wittenborn and Hamm-Uentrop, Germany; 
  • H+H Finland Oy with head office, production and sales in Ikalinen and sales office in Helsinki, Finland; 
  • H+H Nederland B.V. with head office and sales in Nederweert, the Netherlands;
  • H+H Sverige AB with head office and sales in Malmö, Sweden; 
  • H+H UK Limited with head office and sales in Borough Green and a total of four production facilities in Borough Green, Westbury and Pollington, UK;
  • Jämerä-kivitalot Oy with head office in Espoo, Finland.
