Only shareholders already registered by name in the register of shareholders can register an e-mail address. If you want to register your shareholding, please contact the custodian bank which holds your shares in a custody account and request the bank to register the shares in the name of the holder.

Registration of e-mail

To register your e-mail address you must:

• enter the H+H Shareholder Portal here;
• log in with your securities account no. and your password;
  • password can easily be ordered via the H+H Shareholder Portal and will be sent to you by ordinary mail;
  • if you have forgotten your password, you can easily order a new password via the H+H Shareholder Portal. The password will be sent to you by ordinary mail; or by e-mail if you have previously registered your e-mail address.

 After registration, in future you will receive notices of general meetings by e-mail.

You can change your e-mail address at any time via the H+H Shareholder Portal and it is the responsibility of each shareholder to keep the e-mail address registered updated to ensure receipt of notices of general meetings, etc. in the right e-mail inbox.
