Share capital


The share capital of H+H International A/S is nominally DKK 490,500,000 divided into 9,810,000 shares of nominally DKK 50 each.

 

H+H International A/S's shares are listed on NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen on the Nordic list in the SmallCap segment (companies with a market capitalisation below EUR 150 million).

 

The company's register of shareholders is being kept by Computershare A/S, Kongevejen 418, 2840 Holte, Denmark.  

 

Major shareholders at 1 January 2011:

  • Arbejdsmarkedets Tilllægspension holding more than 10% of the shares;
  • LD Equity 1 K/S holding more than 5% of the shares.
