Michael Troensegaard Andersen, CEO
(b. 1961) 
Employment background:
  • CEO since 2011.
  • In the period 2004-2011 Michael Troensegaard Andersen was employed by the Swedish Industrial Group, Trelleborg AB. From 2008 to 2011 he was President of a global business unit consisting of 10 subsidiaries in Europe, USA and Asia. From 2004 to 2008 Michael Troensegaard was Managing Director of Trelleborg Sealing Solutions Helsingør A/S.
  • From 1997 to 2004 Michael Troensegaard Andersen worked for Alto International A/S ( now part of  the Nilfisk Group) in executive positions within sales, marketing and general management.
  • In the period 1989-1997 Michael Troensegaard Andersen held various management positions in the publicly listed companies Incentive A/S and H. Lundbeck A/S.
Educational background:
  • Michael T Andersen holds an M.Sc. (Engineering) and a B.Comm. (Accounting).



Ian L Perkins, CFO
(b. 1965)
Employment background:
  • CFO since 2014 and member of the Executive Board since 18 August 2016. Member of the management team since 2014. Ian L Perkins has been with H+H since 2009 as Finance Director of H+H UK Limited.
  • Ian L Perkins came to H+H from a position for five years as Finance and IT Director of Marley Plumbing and Drainage Limited, a manufacturer of plastic building products and part of the Aliaxis group of companies..
Educational background:
  • Ian L Perkins holds a B.A. (Hons) Degree in Business and is a Chartered Management Accountant.


Senior Executives


Peter Lidstone, Chief Operating Officer
(b. 1964)

Employment background:

  • Chief Operating Officer responsible for Operations in Continental Europa, and member of the management team since 1 December 2016.

  • Peter Lidstone came to H+H from a position as Director of Manufacturing and Logistics of NHS Blood and Transplant.
  • From 2013 to 2014, Peter was Global Supply Chain Director for Akzo Nobel Decorative Paints, having previously been the EMEA Supply Chain Director for them from 2009 to 2012.
  • Prior to then, Peter Lidstone had held a number of Executive roles in ICI Paints from 2002 to 2008 and Quest International a part of Unilever from 1987 to 2001. Peter Lidstone has lived in South Africa and the Netherlands.
Educational background:
  • Peter Lidstone holds a BSc (Hons) in Industrial Chemistry and is a Chartered Chemist.


Maikku Weber Hartmann, Chief Human Resources Officer 
(b. 1976)
Employment background:
  • Chief Human Resources Officer from 1 March 2019 and member of the management team since joining the company in 2019.
  • Maikku came to H+H from a position as HR Director at PerkinElmer where she led a regional HR function and was responsible for HR for the global Food division.
  • In the period of 2007 to 2015 Maikku held various global and regional HR positions at SPX and Nokia. Prior to that Maikku worked as a consultant and a clinical psychologist.
Educational background:
  • Maikku holds a Master of Psychology and she is a licensed Psychologist.


Bjarne Pedersen, Vice President, Business Development & IR
(b. 1977)
Employment background:
  • Vice President responsible for business development and investor relations from
    1 December 2014 and member of the management team since 1 October 2014. Bjarne Pedersen has been with H+H since 2008 and has worked in various positions within finance and IT.
  • Bjarne Pedersen came to H+H from a position as Global Cash Manager at Danske Bank advising multi-national companies on cash and risk management including IT integrations between corporates and banks.
  • Prior to that Bjarne Pedersen worked as an auditor.
Educational background:
  • Bjarne Pedersen holds an M.Sc. (Business Economics and Auditing).
