Compliance is a fundamental part of H+H's business strategy, that apart from avoiding significant legal and financial risks helps our employees to perform their duties in the right way promoting the legitimate interests of all our employees, customers, suppliers, shareholders and society in general.
Code of Conduct
The Code of Conduct is the foundation of the compliance program and sets the tone with regard to our business integrity and ethical principles. On top of this, there are a number of building blocks in the form of specific policies dealing in more detail with some of the more important topics such as for instance health & safety, fair competition and anti-corruption. All H+H employees are requested to read the code of conduct and the specific policies that are relevant to their job functions.
